Tom Marston

Commercial & Growth

Tom has 25 years’ experience working in commercial operations and growth. He began his career in strategy consulting with EY & Gemini consulting before moving to NTL (Virgin Media) to lead the switch from Dial-up to Broadband across the UK. Over the past 15 years Tom has worked with PE companies and management teams to identify and size growth opportunities and put in place the commercial building blocks to drive success. His areas of expertise include market assessments (due diligence, M&A, new entry), price optimisation, sales & marketing effectiveness and digital channels to market.

Mike Hawthorne

Mike Hawthorne

Supply Chain & Operations

Mike has 25 years’ experience working across operations, procurement and supply chain. He started his consulting career in Gemini Consulting followed by 15 years across Efficio and AlixPartners. Mike has led turnarounds of several private equity backed portfolio companies across Europe as well high-profile public company mergers and wind-downs. He holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering (Manchester, UK), an MBA from INSEAD and is based in Paris.

Andrei Stepanov

Organisation & Talent

Andrei has 25 years’ experience unlocking value by building systems that consistently put the right people in the right roles and aligning their efforts around a common purpose.  Completing his MBA at INSEAD with a specialism on Organisational Behaviour, Andrei spent over nine years working with Heidrick & Struggles on a range of executive search & leadership advisory assignments. For the last 12 years Andrei has been building HOME (Human Operating Model Enhancement) – a systemic, flexible, research-based methodology for achieving superior investment returns through better utilisation of “human capital”. HOME has been used by over 30 companies in 12 sectors to increase productivity and speed to market while reducing G&A costs. Andrei’s areas of expertise include organisation design, talent assessment, leadership development and culture building.

Olga Wormald

Consultant

Olga has deep experience of managing complex, cross functional change across retail and leisure sectors, advising companies such as Magnet Kitchens, Dreams Beds, ASDA and Morrisons. Her signature projects included developing the growth programme for easyJet’s business passengers. She also led the implementation of the digital transformation enablement for the people strategy for Bourne Leisure.

Ashua Farrington

Consultant

Ashua has 12 years’ experience across commercial and consulting roles predominantly in leisure, consumer and retail.​ His corporate roles include serving as Head of Strategy at Whitbread PLC’s Hotels and Restaurants division, advising Whitbread’s executive committee on strategic & operational decisions.​ His consulting experience includes completion of 15 strategy and commercial due diligence projects across a range of industries.​ Ashua has advised numerous PE-backed businesses, identifying commercial growth opportunities and supporting operational change.​ He earned his BSc in Physics at Bristol University  and his MBA at Cambridge.

Natasha Kanji

Consultant

Natasha has 20 years’ experience leading large-scale transformations across various industries and geographies. ​Having been trained in change management methodologies at KPMG and Deloitte, she led transformation programmes at organisations including GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, AXA PPP, Whitbread, Tesco, Diageo, The Crown Estate and York Minster Cathedral. ​As a Transformational Change Consultant at Royal Dutch Shell, Natasha won the 2019 Global EVP Award for Agility and Resilience, out of over 100 nominations.​ She holds an MSc Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics and is an Associate member of CIPD UK.
