Design of a new organisation structure to reduce reporting layers and carry out a comprehensive capability assessment

What we did:

We started with an induction to the principles of a science-based approach to managing organisation and talent for the company’s senior leadership. Based on these principles, the business units’ organisational structure was significantly streamlined, resulting in a reduction in reporting layers from 6-8 to 4. We also carried out an independent assessment of potential for over 300 employees and external candidates with a focus on their ability to understand and solve complex problems.
